2026 All Star Season

NMVLL Families,

Congratulations on your selection to a North Mission Viejo Little League All-Star Team!

Please review the information below and complete the All-Star registration no later than Sunday, May 24, 2026.

Time Commitment

The time commitment for All-Stars in 2026 begins on June 7, 2026, when All-Star team practices begin. Tournament play begins on June 13, 2026 for the 9-Year-Old team and June 20, 2026 for the 9/10, 10/11, and Little League teams.

The All-Star season ends at different times for each team depending on how far the team advances in tournament play. If a team advances to the final championship game available to them, the season could extend through the following dates:

9-Year-Old Tournament Team – July 17, 2026 (Section 10 Championship)
9–10-Year-Old Tournament Team – August 1, 2026 (Southern California State Championship)
10–11-Year-Old Tournament Team – August 1, 2026 (Southern California State Championship)
Little League Tournament Team – August 30, 2026 (Little League World Series Championship – Williamsport, PA)
Intermediate Tournament Team – July 17, 2026 (Southern California State Championship)
Juniors Tournament Team – August 16, 2026 (Junior League World Series Championship – Taylor, MI)

Cost

The minimum financial commitment for All-Stars is $175 per player, which includes tournament fees and uniforms.

Required Documents

All players selected to an All-Star team must provide the following documentation. Additional communication regarding document verification dates and times will be sent after teams are finalized.

Required documents include:

Original Birth Certificate
Three Residency Eligibility Documents as outlined in the Little League Residency Eligibility Checklist, or
Little League School Enrollment Eligibility Form

Volunteer Commitment

All All-Star families are required to complete at least one volunteer assignment during the Tournament of Champions hosted by NMVLL from May 30 through June 7, 2026.

A Sign-Up Genius link will be distributed to the league. Please note:

This volunteer commitment is in addition to any regular season volunteer requirements.
Regular season buy-out options do not apply to Tournament of Champions or postseason tournament play.
No buy-out option will be available for postseason volunteer requirements.
All-Star uniforms will be distributed after volunteer commitments have been fulfilled.

All-Star Tournament Rules & Playing Time

Families should understand that All-Stars is significantly more competitive than the regular season, and playing time expectations may be very different.

Managers are responsible for fielding the team they believe gives the best opportunity for success in tournament play — not necessarily every family’s preferred lineup. Roles may vary considerably, and some players may have more limited playing time than they experienced during the regular season.

If you are able to meet the financial, time, and volunteer commitments outlined above, please complete the All-Star registration form by Sunday, May 24, 2026.
